A debtor does not appear in Batch Get TIN

Two exclusion options in Batch Get TIN hide debtors that already have a link or a tax entity.

Updated 2026-10-12 · e-invoicetindebtor

Symptom. You tick a debtor in Find Debtor and click Batch Get TIN, but the debtor is not listed in the Batch Get TIN form, so you cannot send the request link.

Cause. The form hides debtors that match either of its exclusion options:

  • Exclude records with link — the debtor was already sent a request link.
  • Exclude records with Tax Entity — the debtor already has a TIN.

Fix. Untick the option that applies and the debtor appears; you can then resend the link or review the existing tax entity.
