Invoice approved but never submitted as an e-Invoice (status empty)

Either the document is marked for consolidation or the debtor has no valid TIN; both are quick to fix.

Updated 2026-10-12 · e-invoiceconsolidatedtin

Symptom. The invoice is approved, but its e-Invoice status stays empty and nothing was sent to LHDN.

Cause 1 — the document is marked "Consolidated e-Invoice?". Consolidated documents are submitted later in a monthly batch, not individually.

Fix: edit the invoice, open the Edit tab, untick Consolidated e-Invoice? in the e-Invoice section and save. AutoCount then submits it as a standard e-Invoice.

Why was it ticked by default? e-Invoice → e-Invoice Setting → Setting → Allow Interim Relaxation Period Until… marks every new document as consolidated. Untick it if new documents should be standard e-Invoices.

Cause 2 — the debtor has no valid TIN.

Fix:

  1. Assign a valid TIN to the debtor in A/R → Debtor Maintenance.
  2. Edit the invoice and click Update Latest TIN, answering Yes to update the tax entity from the debtor.
  3. Save. AutoCount submits the invoice.
